Mindfulness helps students to be fully engaged with their work, increasing their focus and decreasing their stress.


This program focuses on working with Children aged 3 to 12 years.

The ultimate aim is for all of us is to grow through self understanding. Helping children perform at their own unique and creative self helps develop their sense of self awareness and self love. This is a comprehensive program of mindful activities which includes yoga and medita>on that can be applied in the classroom.

  • Discipline children using mindful techniques


This program incorporates the understanding of Emotional Intelligence, Mindfulness Awareness and Meditation Techniques to aid in the self development of the student.
